Tiny Jumping Spider (Salticidae) with its Hemipteran prey

This is a tiny <b>Jumping Spider</b> (<i>Salticidae</i>) in the woods with its prey in the order <i>Hemiptera</i>. The spider is resting on a leaf of <b>Wild Cucumber</b> aka <b>Chilicothe</b> or <b>California Manroot</b> (<i>Marah fabaceus</i>) in the <i>Cucurbitaceae</i> plant family. I got this photo in the woods near Lake Cachuma on my way to school today. (Santa Ynez Valley, 15 March 2010)
