Olho de Sogra

-- Ingredientes:
1 lata de leite condensado
1 colher de margarina
100gr de ameixa sem caroço

-- Preparo:
Numa panela misturar o leite condensado com a margarina e levar ao fogo. Fazer o brigadeiro branco na panela, mexer até desgrudar, deixar esfriar e enrolar. Cortar cada ameixa pela metade e enrolar os docinhos, passando no açúcar.
