It seems the style queen of 2009 is destined to hold court over the reality show starlets for a good while yet. Olivia Palermo was named as one of the six young women to watch in 2010, who are using their fashion credentials to move onwards and upwards, by The Times’ Luxx magazine. The ‘New model army’ as the article describes them, consist of Nicola Roberts, Valentine Fillol-Cordier, Amber Le Bon, Ben Grimes, Leah Weller and Miss Palermo herself.
Looking stunning, if a little on the skinny side, Olivia reveals that her emerging fame has not been achieved by accident. “Growing up in New York, you feel like you can achieve anything, so I always knew that I’d make it happen.”
